Live Animal Shipping Policy
At Morphatica Reptiles, the safety of our animals during transit is our top priority. All live animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Shipping Details
- Carrier: FedEx Priority Overnight (next-day delivery)
- Shipping Days: Monday through Wednesday (to avoid weekend delays)
- Packaging: Insulated shipping boxes with heat packs (winter) or cold packs (summer)
- Cost: Flat rate $49.99 per order (multiple animals ship together)
Weather Policy
We monitor weather conditions along all shipping routes. If temperatures at the origin, destination, or any hub along the route fall below 35°F or exceed 95°F, we will delay shipment and notify you immediately. Your animal’s safety always comes first.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Every order is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. In the unlikely event that your animal arrives deceased, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with timestamped photos. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no additional cost. The guarantee requires someone to be present at delivery — packages left at the door for extended periods are not covered.
