What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payments are processed instantly with industry-standard encryption.
How are the animals shipped?
All animals ship via FedEx Priority Overnight in insulated boxes with temperature-appropriate heat or cold packs. We only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
Do you offer a Live Arrival Guarantee?
Yes. Every order includes our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your animal arrives DOA, contact us within 2 hours with timestamped photos for a full refund or replacement.
Are your animals captive-bred?
100%. We never sell wild-caught animals. Every reptile, amphibian, and invertebrate on our site is captive-bred and raised by experienced breeders.
What if the weather is too hot or cold to ship?
We actively monitor weather conditions along all shipping routes. If conditions are unsafe, we will hold your order and contact you to reschedule. We never ship when temperatures could endanger the animal.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations due to live animal shipping regulations.
What should I have ready before my animal arrives?
Have your enclosure fully set up with proper heating, lighting, substrate, and hides at least 24 hours before arrival. Check our Care Guides section for species-specific setup instructions.
Can I return a live animal?
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns on healthy animals. Please research your species thoroughly before purchasing. Our team is happy to answer questions before you buy.
How do I know what morph I’m getting?
Each product listing includes the exact morph/genetics, sex (if known), age, and weight. Photos show the actual animal you will receive — we never use stock photos.
Do you offer wholesale or breeder pricing?
Contact us for wholesale inquiries on orders of 10+ animals. We offer discounted pricing for established breeders and pet shops.
