Description
The Blue Poison Dart Frog (Dendrobates tinktorius “azureus”) is one of the most recognizable amphibians in the world. Their vivid cobalt-blue coloration with black spots serves as a warning to predators in the wild — but captive-bred dart frogs fed on fruit flies and springtails are completely non-toxic. These captive-bred froglets are bold, diurnal, and make incredible vivarium inhabitants. Pairs will call and breed readily in a properly set up bioactive vivarium.
